Compromiso hacia las tareas escolares. Apoyo a la autonomía y estructura como dimensiones de la clase de nivel primario en educación

Resumen

La investigación que se presenta muestra resultados obtenidos de un estudio desarrollado con docentes y alumnos de nivel primario de educación, con el objetivo de describir las implicancias del estilo motivacional de los docentes, definido en términos de dos dimensiones que delimitan la configuración de la clase, a saber: autonomía y estructura, sobre el compromiso de los estudiantes. Participaron 11 docentes y 277 estudiantes de segundo ciclo. Para la recolección de datos se usó la observación de clase y la administración de un cuestionario. Los resultados muestran asociaciones moderadas entre compromiso con la tarea escolar y la presencia de apoyos a la autonomía y estructura. Lo encontrado tiene implicancias educativas para repensar la instrucción en pos de la implicación escolar hacia las actividades escolares.
